nipunas.com is a fully owned subsidiary of Sebone Infotech, an umbrella organisation, providing a number of services in the management function areas such as HR and Finance. Under Sebone Infotech is the nipunas.com platform which assists persons to arrive at a set of options and solutions. 

nipunas.com is being represented by well experienced team members in the field of Human Resources Management. It can be assistance for recruitment of suitable candidates, salary calculation including regrouping, if required, with a view to comply with the normal regulations of Government bodies.

What is the relevance of nipunas.com?

nipunas.com is established to provide a dependable platform for HR  Services to Industrial Units / Corporates / Business Houses so that they can concentrate on their core business activities.  This website is a one-stop information provider on HR, Jobs and Recruitments.

How can I register my resume with nipunas.com? 

Click on  new Jobseeker link or  Post your Resume button on the home page to take you to its page. Fill in the details; it should take you only a few minutes for filling this form. You can attach your resume or cut and paste text resume in the space provided for. A Profile ID will be created and your user name and password will be mailed to your primary e-mail immediately. You can then use them to log in.

Is there any charge for registering with nipunas.com as jobseeker ?

This is an absolutely free service !

Why should I fill nipu cv-cache

files, when I have already attached my resume?

Our experts have developed nipu cv-cache

templates to give an edge to the jobseeker nipunites while applying for any jobs.  It has been developed considering all aspects of recruitment for various organization / levels.  By filling these forms you will have a well-designed resume at your disposal. Using this, you can not only apply to various online jobs but also to other jobs appearing in various other medias.

Shall I have to pay for availing this service?

No, it is an absolutely free service to our jobseekers!

Can I create only one resume using this service or more ?

As of now, you can create only one active resume with this account.  This active resume will be showcased on the employer search results.

How can I create cover letters and how many can I save?

You can create up to five covering letters to suit your different needs. To create a cover letter:

Log on to nipunas.com using your username and password.

In My Home page, you can Create / Edit / Delete cover letters using either the link near the covering letter statistics or by using the “Send My Resume by e-mail” page.

Enter the title for the Cover Letter, and the Message below. You could also use our default letter or can create your own.  If you choose a default cover letter, select it and save it.

Total words you can use for creating your five covering letters are 4000 words.

How can I  email / forward my resume to someone?

Hurray!  Just a few clicks away !

Logon to nipunas.com.

Click on “Send My Resume by mail” link on My Home page.

Type e-mail address ( if online jobs, will appear automatically )

Type Postal Address ( if any )

Select your resume, which you want to attach, from the drop down menu

Select your covering letter, which you want to send, from the drop down menu

Click on Send.

How do I edit my resume?

Logon to nipunas.com by using your username and password.

Click on My Profile

Click on Edit of the corresponding item and change them.

Save

How can I change my attached resume?

Go to your Home Page

You will get a link showing “Attached Resume”

Click on “Change” to add a new file as attachment.

What are the statistics shown on my home page?

Resumes:  No. of resumes created by you till date

Cover Letters:  No of Covering Letters created by you till date

Resume viewed:  Displays the number of times your resume has viewed by the Employers.

Applications sent:  Total no. of online jobs you have applied for, through nipunas.com

Displays the number of times your resume has appeared on the Search Results of Employers.

What is job box?

Job box contains the jobs matching with your Dream Job settings. ( You can change/edit these settings by clicking on Dream Jobs link on the first page ).  It will be displayed on a scrolling board, so that you can apply for a displayed job, at any point of time. 

Also we will be sending e-mails regarding these jobs  to your default e-mail ID.

How do you select the jobs?

We have developed a software to pick out jobs matching with your current job title and the job titles which you have specified in your Dream Job selection and the location of job. So please be careful while selecting your dream jobs.

What if I have forgotten my password?

On the Home Page, there is a link called, forgot password.  Please click on the same and provide us your details such as Type of Login ( E.g. Jobseeker, Employer / Consultant ) User Name, Location etc.  After verifying your details, we will send you the password to your default e-mail, which you have provided while registering with us. 

How do I change my password?

Log on to nipunas.com using your username and password.

On your Home Page, click on Change Password.  

Enter the old password, the new one, confirm it and click on Save

How do I update my email address / address / or any other details?

Log on to nipunas.com using your username and password.

On your Home Page, click on My Profile page link.  

Click on Edit next to each topic.

Change the details and click on update.

What do you mean by confidential settings and what are the benefits?

Our experts have designed the resume output in such a way that any employer can view your basic required information. Also they can view your other details by selecting show / hide in the profile output format. 

When you in put your resume, you can decide what details you want to show in your Resume, by selecting include / exclude check box on top of every heading.   Resume output will show your details according to your selection.  An employer can view / print your resume, along with your other details, as per your include / exclude selection, by selecting show / hide in the resume view format.  You can always change these settings by logging in to nipunas.com and editing the relevant pages, by using My Profile Page. 

By using this facility you can decide on your priority details and hide unwanted / confidential details. 

What are my settings and how can I change these settings?

In my settings, you are selecting the services you want to use from nipunas.com / allied sites.  You can alter these settings by logging on to nipunas.com and change these by clicking on to My Settings page.

How can I apply for jobs online?

Click on “Apply Now” button on a displayed job.

In the Send My resume by E-mail Page, e-mail address will appear automatically, as this is an online job )

Type Postal Address ( if any )

Select your resume, which you want to attach from the drop down menu

Select your covering letter, which you want to send from the drop down menu

Click on Send.

How will the employers contact me?

In a normal condition the Employer would contact you through the Email or Phone / Mobile number you have provided in your Resume.  

How do I keep track of all the jobs that I apply? 

The list of all the jobs you have applied for are stored in the My Applications. You can view the entire list here. You can access the list by clicking on My Applications

How will I know if a Recruiter / Employer have viewed my resume?

You can have a statistics of how many times you resume page has been visited through nipunas.com.  However, the system does not expose the name and other details of any recruiter / employer.   

Can I submit my resume even if I have not posted my resume on nipunas.com?

No, you have to fill in our nipu cv-cache

format, for sending / submitting your resume to recruiters / employers.  Once you have submitted your files, you can send your resume(s) not only for online jobs, but also for any advertisements appearing in any media, using our “Send my resume by e-mail” facility!   

How can I search for Jobs and what are save search?

You could search jobs using our sophisticated search tool, which appears not only on the Home page but also in your Search Page. 

You could search jobs by keywords (E.g. Programmer – Job Title), Location or PIN Code.  Also you could search jobs with a particular Employer / Recruiter by using their Employer ID Search.  All jobs posted by that particular employer will be displayed after their profile.

  Where can I get an Employer’s ID ?

If an employer has posted a job, a Job ID will be generated automatically.(E.g. AN–0506–CI1-2).  In this ID, the last digit refers to the no. of jobs posted by that particular employer and rest constitutes Employer ID ( E.g. AN–0506–CI1).

What if my search does not give me results?

If your search result does not yield any results choose a wider range of options, such as functional area, age, experience, etc. which will provide you more results.

How do I know a company’s name that has posted a job vacancy?

Certain Companies may not choose to reveal their names till they get a suitable candidate.  However, when the company finds the vacancy suits your profile, they will reveal their identity and would contact you for further details / meeting.

How can I save my search criteria?

You could save your search as a Saved Search in your  My Search page, after logging on to nipunas.com. Go to My Search page, give the necessary specifications asked for, and click on Save.

The Saved Search will appear on My Search Page. You can save up to 10 Searches.

Can I save a job search and apply for it later? 

Yes, you can save the job(s) in the My Search page for retrieval or applying later. You can store a list of all the Jobs that catch your attention for applying later. You can view the list from the Saved Jobs in My Search. To save a job:  

Log on to nipunas.com.  On the Job Search Results you will find a select check box. Select the jobs you want and Click on Save Job Search and Continue. 

Will it be possible to edit the search criteria that I have saved?

Yes. Log on to nipunas.com. On Saved Job Search, which is displayed on My Search page, you will find an edit icon. Click on Edit next to the Saved Search you want and click on update for re-saving the same.

How do I hide my resume, when I don’t want to apply for any job?

Your resume status by default is Active.  If you want to hide, just follows the steps below :

Log on to nipunas.com. Click on My Profile Page.  Change the status of the resume to inactive.  Afterwards, your resume cannot be viewed by any employer / recruiter.  However, you can log on to nipunas.com and edit your pages.    

How can I view or change your confidentiality settings?

Log on to nipunas.com using username and password. Edit your profile page to change the settings. (To include / exclude the details, go to that particular session and edit it and then update it.)

Can I block any employers / present employer from viewing my resume?

No. However, you can mask your current employer name and present CTC.  You can change these settings using the same procedure for updating your profile.

What is a Dream Job Messenger? 

Dream Job Messenger is an e-mail messenger from nipunas.com.  We will be sending you all the matching jobs to your inbox (of your default e-mail), as per your Dream Job specification. (You can create a maximum of five different Dream Job Specifications). 

Also you can view the same in your Job Box in the “My Home” Page.  You can apply for these jobs by clicking on this Job ID.  Job Prompts.
